Zaynard Studios is owned and operated by Zane Fiala, who is also an active conductor and pianist.  He received his first training in the recording arts at Cuesta College in San Luis Obispo, CA under the expert tutelage of George Stone.  Zane received his Bachelor of Arts degree in vocal

jazz in 2005, and in 2007, obtained his Master of Music in choral conducting.

In 2005, Zaynard Studios began as a small studio mainly recording on-site at San Francisco State University for the university ensembles.  In 2006, Zaynard Studios produced demo recordings for Mezzo-soprano Megan Stetson, as well as vocal jazz artist Kathleen Hollingsworth.

This year, Zaynard Studios recorded and produced live recordings of several senior and master’s recitals, including tenors Shaffer McGee and Joachim Luis, as well as a choral concert featuring the San Francisco State University Men’s and Women’s Choruses.
